Loot Packs are packs that can be opened in the Gear tab in the Command Menu. Each loot pack will contain a minimum of 2 pieces of gear. When reaching a milestone in Command Rank you will be rewarded with a pre-determined Loot Pack; if you are rewarded with a Faction Command Loot Pack, which is a different pack than what you are able to buy in the Marketplace.
